The Vietnam International Trade Fair - VIETNAM EXPO is an annual event with the longest history in Vietnam. Hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, directed by Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency and organized by VINEXAD Company for over 30 years, Vietnam Expo has become a prestigious brand where Vietnamese businesses promote and introduce products, and a destination where global trade promotion organizations choose for startups. business and investment in Vietnam market.

In 2023, the 32nd Vietnam Expo takes place from April 5 to 8 at Hanoi International Exhibition Center (ICE), 91 Tran Hung Dao, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi. With more than 500 businesses from 15 countries and territories present at 600 booths, there will be various and unique products divided into 04 main categories: (1) Vietnam Value & Export; (2) International Pavilions; (3) Machinery and Supporting Industries; (4) Digital Technology & E-commerce.

With the theme "Tasteful EUROPE", Poland will represent the European Union to carry out a campaign to raise the recognition and promote European-standard agricultural products to Vietnam market through the pavilion "Guest of honor" at Vietnam Expo 2023. The pavilion is spectacularly constructed, professional in trade and willing to welcome visitors to visit and experience performances by Polish chefs right at the booth. At the same time, Vietnamese F&B import-export / distribution and HoReCa enterprises will be introduced and shared by culinary experts how to create agricultural products and foods that meet European standards, delivering safety, quality and a "memorable" taste.

International Pavilions

Out of 15 countries and territories participating in Vietnam Expo 2023, these following traditional pavilions belong to the countries that have made continuous contributions to promoting trade and investment in Vietnamese market:

 Korean Pavilion: 2023 is the 24th year in a row that the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency - KOTRA has selected Vietnam Expo as a typical event to promote trade in the strong segments of the Korean economy such as light industry, smart & consumer electronics, food and beauty industry.

 Pavilions by provinces and cities of China: Participation in Vietnam Expo 2023 is an important milestone in opening up trade promotion activities in a traditional way after years of interruption due to the severe impact of the pandemic. With over 50 booths by major cities and provinces such as Tianjin, Zhejiang, Fujian, and Guangdong in the Machinery - Equipment industry, it is expected to bring about new, flexible and dominant partnership for businesses of Vietnam and China.

 Indonesian Pavilion:

Recognition of 10 years of national strategic cooperation between Vietnam and Indonesia.

Vietnam is Indonesia's 3rd trading partner in ASEAN. Exhibition activities promote trade and investment, helping to increase understanding of the country's culture and enhance business cooperation opportunities between enterprises.

The prominent exhibition area for Investment Promotion and Industrial Development “Invest in Vietnam” carries the mission of creating momentum for the development of key industries associated with the local economic development orientation from the provinces and industrial zones such as Bac Ninh, Binh Duong, Kien Giang, An Giang, AMBER Industrial Park.

Pavilion for Hanoi Promotion Agency (HPA)

Arranged in the central area of the Fair, the large-scale of Hanoi Promotion Agency (HPA) pavilion will introduce the capital's business sector with the message of innovation and creativity, including the fields of supporting industries and handicrafts.

Investment & Trade Promotion Centre of Ho Chi Minh City (ITPC) Exhibition Area

The scale of the display and the message are to promote, exchange, and support trade promotion between businesses in Ho Chi Minh City and the business community in the North. Participating enterprises are selected to exhibit, including machinery, equipment, supporting industries, and handicrafts for export.

For the first time, the Improving Private Sector Competitiveness Project (IPS-C) (coordinated by the U. S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Department of Enterprise Development (Ministry of Planning and Investment)) will introduce 20 small Vietnamese enterprises under the project of comprehensive support in branding "Made by Vietnam". Thereby improving competitiveness and promoting sustainable exports. Within the framework of the project, businesses will be consulted by leading Vietnamese and International experts to promote growth and bring Vietnamese-branded products to the world.

With the support of the Investment, Trade, and Tourism Promotion Centers of the Provinces & Cities and the serious investment of businesses, high-quality products have been introduced and have won the trust of visitors and consumers across the country.
